How does Emitwise AI improve Scope 3 data quality

There are three key reasons to gather primary data from suppliers:

1. Industry averages don't accurately reflect the actual makeup of every value chain and may undervalue the reductions your suppliers are already achieved.

2. Requesting primary data sends a clear signal: carbon matters in your procurement decisions. This pushes suppliers to step up their calculation efforts, giving them insights into driving reduction themselves.

What happens after we sign up?

We schedule a kick-off meeting within the first week after signing. During this session, we align on your goals, data availability, and timeline. From there, we start the carbon footprint calculation and prepare for supplier engagement.

What happens to my data if we cancel? 

If you choose to cancel, we’ll provide you with all your data in a pivotable Excel format, so you can retain your carbon footprint records. Just make sure to give written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.

How does renewal and invoicing work? 

Emitwise AI is a yearly subscription which runs for one year from the date of sign-up. After that, it automatically renews for additional one-year terms unless you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the end of the current term. After signing you’ll receive an invoice for the full annual fee as outlined in your quote, payment is due according to the terms in your agreement and all fees are exclusive of VAT, which will be added if applicable.
